Been going here for years when it was Cain. Joe and Jason Pedigrew (brothers) are in sales. They are great. Highly recommend. Service use to be great under Cain but now w new owners they have become nickel and dimers. Service runs on commission so they will push as much stuff as they can. This turn blows up your bill. I thankfully stopped them as they kept finding new stuff. Talked w longtime Toyota Service guys i know and they gave the lowdown. Will not be back for Service again. Hey Owners, this needs fixed.

My second visit here for service and it was definitely better than the first one. Tech sent a quick video for additional service that was coming due. They did a through report with tire and brake measurements. Have had the video and detailed information from other dealerships but not here on my first visit. I like the improvements and the wait time was reasonable for the service that I received. Will definitely be back instead of thinking about driving to the dealership that I have visited previously. Keep up the improvements Toyota of North Canton.
